Our favourite online art magazine DailyArt.com provides plenty of inspiration for our blogs and Facebook posts – and we had so much fun with one of their recent publications, a quiz to see what you remember from a dozen or so famous paintings, that we thought we would share it with you. You will probably be familiar with the paintings themselves but how good are you at recalling specific details? It’s not easy!
Above is one of the paintings in question: Édouard Manet’s Le Déjeuner sur l’herbe. But who (or what) is hidden beneath the question mark? And here’s Edvard Munch’s The Scream. Is there anybody on the bridge besides the screamer?
