We had an amazing response to our latest interactive, online session with Randy Hale last week, dozens of the participants submitting their work to our online Gallery (on Cluster). This is part of the Watermill online service where you paint along with the maestro for a hours as well as receiving the next day an edited version of the session. Then our online Watermill tutors, Randy and Mike Willdridge also generously give an individual critique of each painting submitted to the Gallery.
So many paintings were entered following Randy’s Snowbound session that he rose at dawn yesterday to work on his comments. He says: “I must say, I am blown away with the quality of all the paintings being posted – we certainly had quite a group of great painters with us online which I find quite inspiring.  And it seems like there were quite a few who indicated they’re going to be coming to Posara in May as part of our Watermill group – so I found that quite exciting.â€
Since there were so many submissions of the gallery I thought it worthwhile make another small montage of half a dozen of them, which you cam see above.
Our next online session is in a fortnight’s time, when Mike Willdridge invites you to paint along with him the peaceful scene below: early morning on a river in rural England.
Mike’s session is on Thursday 19 January at 2:30 pm, British time (Greenwich Mean Time. Please check the time in your own time zone.) You can register to join in the fun by clicking here.
