Holiday apartments letting information
We have tried to keep our prices as reasonable as possible. Additional income, after running expenses, goes in helping to maintain the fabric of the buildings and improve still further the gardens and grounds
Letting periods normally run from Saturday to Saturday. We would prefer the letting to be in two-week periods, especially in the high Summer, but we are happy enough with single weeks.

A deposit of £100 per apartment per week is payable on confirmation of your booking; the balance is due eight weeks before arrival at the mill

How to make your paymentWe ask you to make your payment by direct bank transfer and we will give you our bank details for you to make this transaction.
If you are paying from outside the UK you might like to take advantage of Transferwise. In our regular transactions within Europe, to the USA and Australia, this company has transferred our money efficiently and speedily, and we have enjoyed excellent exchange rates and paid very low fees. If you prefer to pay by credit card or via PayPal we can send you an invoice with a link for you to make a secure payment. You will find, however, that your exchange rate is less favourable (you will spend more in your own currency for the same amount in GBP) and, in addition, we charge an extra 3.5% on your payment as a contribution to the credit-card transaction fees incurred at our end.
A handling charge of £75 per apartment per week will be levied on all cancellations. In addition, if you have to cancel four to eight weeks before departure, a charge of 40% of the total price is payable; at two to four weeks, 60%; at one to two weeks, 80%; at less than one week, 90%. Once the letting week has started, 100% is payable.
Please try to arrive after lunch on your first Saturday and to leave before 10:00 hrs in the morning of your last day, to give us time to prepare the apartments for new arrivals.
Someone will be there to greet you and show you around.
We provide all linen and towels and the beds will be made up on your arrival, and changed each Saturday.
You will find tea bags, coffee, sugar and milk in your apartment on arrival (and a bottle of something fizzy if you are honeymooners).
