Self-catering holiday apartments

The apartments at the watermill are spacious, elegant, bright, comfortable and we've put in new comfy beds and some fine pieces of furniture and more original artwork on the walls.

Everything is included in the cost of your stay: light, heat (you certainly won't need that in the Summer!) towels and linen. The price also includes all taxes so you don't have to pay us another penny.

Gardens and Grounds

The courtyard and gardens are for communal use

In the walled garden, you can relax on sun loungers under umbrellas or take lunch or dinner under the vine verandah, or around the barbecue.

In the riverside gardens you can take lunch or supper on the terrace, cool off in the old olive press reservoir, now filled with chilly waters from the millstream and the mountains, dangle your toes in the river or wallow in one of the rock pools. You can also explore the mysterious bamboozery.

The millstream gardens extend for about a quarter of a mile upstream, the millrace bubbling through a series of small wooded glades, with fig trees, bamboos, shrubs and wild flowers. There are also walks along the river bank.
