Paint Tuscany from home: join our inspiring online watercolour classes this winter
Didn’t have time to fit in a convivially creative painting course at the Watermill this year? Come and join us live online for the next best thing!
Yes we’re we’re starting up a new series of online, interactive Zoom painting sessions. They’ve proved extremely successful over the past few years in bringing hundreds of people together to paint along with our inspiring Watermill tutors. We have had participants from all over the world creating a truly international ‘virtual’ community of like-minded people enjoying an inspiring and relaxing time in each other’s company. They’re not your usual “watch and learn” videos. Instead, you’ll be recreating a scene from the Watermill and its surroundings, painting along with, and under the gentle guidance of our renowned tutors, Randy Hale and Pamme Turner. Among other things you’ll be amazed how each of us interprets the same subject in our own unique way.
These are live, two-and-a-half hour art classes from home, where:
- Tutors demonstrate in short, digestible steps
- You paint in real time, learning as you go
- You’re free to ask questions
- You get personal feedback, and even access to a private gallery to share your work
Meet your tutors
Randy Hale, a master of loose, expressive watercolours, invites you to play with texture, transparency and light.
Pamme Turner, known for her intuitive use of gouache and bold sketching, brings Italian scenes to life with colour pops, architectural charm, and the dance of figures in motion.
Get a taste of what’s to come
