Painting – Cecil Rice – JW
Cecil Rice is a brilliant artist. His colour, light and atmospheric handling of watercolour and oils are superb. He is a very inspiring, encouraging teacher being sensitive, instructive and very helpful. Cecil does very good demos and is spot on with his advice. His classes are fun and attract good, sympathetic artists.
