There is still time to join the crowd and paint an ancient Watermill in Italy from the comfort of your own home. Come and join paint along with Tim for convivial company and inspirational teaching.
The subject of this week’s interactive online Watermill painting session is the inside of a 19th-century we are restoring here in Posara. You will be painting along with renowned English watercolourist Tim Wilmot in the historic mill, complete with ancient mill stones, historic grain hoppers, and the exposed chestnut beams in the roof. This mill was used to grind chestnuts, maize and wheat.
Tim’s Zoom session is live on Thursday 6 May at 6 pm Italian time. (5 pm UK time. For our guests from the UK and Europe, please note that this is a little later than our normal Thursday time.
*Even though we are starting later, we know that may be quite early in the morning in the western parts of United States and Canada, and in the middle of the night in Australia and New Zealand! But, even if you can’t make the live session, you can still register and receive an edited video of the demonstration to paint along in your own time.) Registration for this exciting online, interactive session is through the Eventbrite platform and you can join up by clicking here.
Below is an example of a previous online session with us by Tim.
*When you have painted along with Tim online, why not join him for the real thing when he returns to the Watermill for a week-long painting course this October?
