At The Watermill at Posara we are really looking forward to our 2017 yoga retreat with our sympathetic and inspiring tutor Claire Murphy. As well as a full programme of yoga and meditation sessions and workshops during the retreat, there will also be stimulating visits to local historic and scenic attractions, and you’ll also enjoy beautiful home-cooked Italian food with fresh local produce – and, of course, Italian wines!

Nourish – mind, body and soul

Yoga, meditation and massage have been a way of life for Claire for more than 25 years and she’s passionate about teaching them. Together with the the team at The Watermill, Claire has created a unique seven-day programme, with fresh and inspirational yoga and meditation sessions called Nourish - mind, body and soul.

The sessions at The Watermill are friendly and welcoming and no prior experience of yoga is necessary: all levels from beginner to intermediate will be catered for and we’ll also tailor our sessions to your particular needs. The classes are secular (non-denominational).
